Alt-Berg P1 Peacekeeper AQUA Boot, Black

Certified to BS EN 20347:2012.  Altberg Rhino sole is shock absorbing full deep rubber surround and hiking boot tread, tested for slip resistance and oil & acid resistance to BSEN 20345.   Altberg P1 Peacekeeper Aqua are lined with Sympatex (which is similar to Gortex),  designed for patrol and general duties the Peacekeeper is ideal for rural & urban police patrol and military duties. The boot is firm enough to use on medium and rough terrain, but still has enough underfoot feel for driving a vehicle. This boot is a good all rounder, suitable for a wide range of police duties where a steel toecap safety boot is not required. The P1 Aqua has a good 'slip resistance' and offers good ankle support.  The aqua boot will be warmer in the winter but may be a bit warm in the summer when more waterproof boots are usually not required anyway. If in doubt buy the P1 original and keep a pair or goretex socks in your kit bag.  

The sole will be Rhino other than the one pair of size 13.5 which is Vibram, see size dropdown.

You don't need AQUA boots for normal duty (unless you are hiking through streams, snow or thick mud etc) they can be very warm on the feet in the summer, in which case choose the P1 Peacekeeper Original.
