Dispatch & Delivery
If your order is completed before midday on a working day, the order will normally be dispatched that day. If you are ordering boots, when you select your boot size the cart will tell you if they are in or out of stock. If the item you are looking at is out of stock the cart will not allow you to add that item to the cart.
Beware of some other retailers showing boots 'in stock' but when ordered calling you to say they are out of stock.
If you order after midday they will usually be dispatched the next working day. You can select standard delivery option for UK orders (we usually use Royal Mail Tracked) or the Courier / expedited delivery when we will use a tracked service with a courier.

Delivery
Our UK standard delivery starts at £2.50 (£4.99 for boots) depending on the weight and size of your order. Postage will be quoted at checkout based on your delivery address before you get to the payment page.
Dispatch - Orders received before midday each working day (except public holidays) are usually dispatched that day or occasionally the next working day.
Delivery - Our Standard Delivery is usually Royal Mail 24 or 48. If you select Expedited Courier, we will use a Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is usually a next working day (following the dispatch/collection day) delivery, however, occasionally some deliveries may take a bit longer. Courier deliveries may require a signature.
We will ship to UK where the shopping cart system on our website allows. Current regulations regarding transporting Lithium-ion batteries means we can only supply certain items to UK mainland locations, details are set out on the relevant listings. Shipping rates and choices will be quoted by the cart prior to checkout and depend on destination and weight.
The system will check stock levels when you select an item (or size of an item) and add it to the cart. If an item is out of stock you will see an 'out of stock' message. The out of stock message includes a feature whereby you can enter your e-mail address and our stock system will automatically e-mail you when the item is back in stock.
