Returns
Any items being returned will be at the customers expense and must be returned within 30 days. Goods must be returned intact and in the undamaged retail packaging or box they were dispatched in with labels and tags etc intact. Please do not write on any of the retail packaging or stick tape to any retail boxes. Enclose returns in a suitable bag or box. Boots being returned should only have been tried for size, if they have been worn and have creases in the leather they cannot be accepted as returns.
When returning items please ensure you include a copy of the sales receipt and write on it if you need a refund or an exchange, including details of the exchange required if that is the case. Normally we will not charge you to send out an alternative order to a UK address on the first exchange.
If you are returning for an exchange, particularly with boots, let us know the size and type you are looking for in advance and we will check stock and reserve it for you.
Refunds will be given for the value of the goods returned but not the delivery charges.
We will let you know when we receive your return.
